Joseph “Joe” Melendez
Mechanical systems & facility infrastructure
Joe brings more than three decades of experience in the mechanical engineering field, including work with multibillion-dollar companies. His background in mechanical systems and HVAC informs cooling, equipment requirements, maintenance planning, and coordination across facility systems.
A U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Joe brings a practical perspective to Eco TerraVault’s infrastructure work. He connects equipment and systems planning with site requirements, construction coordination, and long-term operating needs.

Roberto Almeida
Enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity & operational resilience
Roberto brings more than two decades of experience in technology infrastructure and operations, including managing Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) for major Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans data centers, IT infrastructure, site reliability engineering (SRE), disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence (AI).
At Eco TerraVault, he connects enterprise operating requirements with infrastructure assessment, modernization planning, and AI workload readiness. His perspective brings security, reliability, recovery, and service continuity into the decisions that shape a facility.
